We will not share your personal information with external third parties, subject to the following exceptions. 

We may have to share your personal data with IT and system administration service providers we use:

  • Wix to host our online platform, online programmes and products, booking calendar, creating and sending marketing emails to individuals who have opted-in to receive them.  We are not responsible for Wix or how they collect, store, or transfer your information.

  • Stripe to collect payment for our services and products. We will not collect or store your payment card details as this information goes straight to Stripe.  We are not responsible for Stripe or how they collect, store, or transfer your information.

4. How we store your personal information

The security of your personal data is essential to us:

  • only employees and those with a legitimate need to know have access to your personal information. 

  • the information you input on our site is secured by SSL (secure socket layer)

  • sensitive bank card data is never handled by us but directly by Stripe

 

We may use external third parties to provide systems and support which involves them processing, storing, and transferring the personal data, using storage which is based outside the UK.  By providing any information to us, including personal data, you consent to such transfer, storage, and processing. For example, we use:
